In the middle of 2023, Renascent approached me to help them develop their Reconciliation Action Plan artwork. For those who are unfamiliar, Renascent is a construction company that operates across Australia, offering fit-outs, construction, and refurbishments while providing comprehensive care.
I was excited to collaborate with Renascent because they wanted the Reconciliation Action Plan to demonstrate their strategic approach to fostering meaningful reconciliation with First Nations communities.
So, I began working on an inspiring artwork that reflects Renascent's commitment to nurturing community growth by celebrating cultural connections. The artwork represents the company's foundation of collaboration and respect and pays tribute to the land's heritage and Traditional Custodianship. It also embodies Renascent's promise to reconciliation and inclusivity, signifying its aspiration to create a harmonious and thriving community and industry that welcomes diversity and fosters unity.
